Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to have gym access?

Gym access or apartment gyms are preferred.

If you would like to train from home, we’ll discuss what sort of equipment you have and build a plan from there. I recommend the following:

  • Light, medium and heavy pair of dumbbells or kettlebells

  • Sturdy platform you can stand on or step up on to

  • Floor mat

  • Light, medium and heavy resistance bands

  • Pull up bar

  • Physioball ball

I understand that at home gym equipment is expensive! Try searching budget friendly options like second-hand sporting goods stores, Facebook Marketplace, garage sales or clearance racks! You may be surprised at what you can find marked down.

What is a weekly check in?

This is where I love to blend a little psychology with physiology! Typically one of 3 things hold you back: fear of failure, lack of a clear goals, and lack of understanding. I want to know what you’re struggling with and what your questions are so I can make the best program for you!

Routine communication allows you to assess where you’re succeeding and where you need to improve. It’s also a great way for me to show you how much progress you’ve made!

I’ll ask that you send the following format: program compliance on a scale of 1-5, a weekly win, an improvement goal for the upcoming week, average energy level on a scale of 1-5 and any questions or other feedback.

Can I submit form videos for feedback?

Please do! If you’re ever unsure of your form while doing an exercise, take a video of yourself and email it to me! Clip your video so it’s under 1 minute, and I’ll have feedback for your within 48 hours.

Will I need to submit photos of myself?

Yes. I ask that you submit photos and measurements before the start of a new phase so we can keep track of your progress. Pictures do an amazing job demonstrating progress! Your photos will never be shared without your consent.

Do you provide nutrition coaching?

Currently I do not offer specific nutrition targets like macros or meals plans. I look forward to becoming a certified nutrition coach, but until then, my advice will be more general. Your health and safety are my top priority!

In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to tell me if you’re struggling with nutrition. I’ve been there too, and am happy to help guide you or refer you to the right professional!

How long is the program?

Every training phase lasts 4 weeks, however, I ask that you commit to at least 12 weeks of training with me to see results. That being said, you will not be locked into a contract and can choose to leave at any time.

What will my investment be?

Online coaching is $99/month.
